Edited: Well I've used this a lot and the other day the side melted. I don't know why as it was on low heat but it happened. So I spent almost a year. Not bad, but that's why I'm deducting 3 stars. I'm in love. I make oatmeal protein pancakes for breakfast and they are heavy. I prefer to make them without any oil. So I tried different pans, both oiled and non-oiled. Many disappointments. Got it and it's great! Cook on low to medium heat, I have a gas range and they pop out easily and just slide off, no oil needed. The fastest and best they came up with. Definitely a great addition to your pan collection.
