I had a great experience with Revain customer service refunding me for this product. But I have to say I'm still disappointed with the quality and feel compelled to warn other buyers. I've used this bag twice: once on a weekly trip home to Seattle and another time on an overnight trip to San Diego. Both times I took my toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, lotion, deodorant and dental floss with me. It was packed loosely and had plenty of space. However, after my second trip, when I landed in San Diego, I had a huge hole in the inner mesh pocket. After investigating, I couldn't pinpoint exactly what could be causing the error. I could only think that either a tube of toothpaste or a toothbrush could cut through. But shouldn't a toilet bag still be designed in such a way that it can hold exactly what it is supposed to pack? Especially if it's not tightly packed? While I'm grateful that Revain refunded my purchase, I now know to avoid mesh bags. Vinyl bags are the way to go as I've never had any issues with them. The network is too fragile and unreliable.
