Review on 💻 Lenovo Flex 5 14" FHD IPS Touchscreen Laptop: Ryzen 5 4500U, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 by John Martin

I have this Bought product in December 2020 and used it 3 times in January before it stopped charging. I tried all recovery options, nothing helped. I contacted the seller on January 31, 2021 and he replied on February 1, 2021 telling me it could be a manufacturing defect. I should check with Lenovo support or return the item. I contacted Lenovo support and was told the board is defective. I then contacted the seller to return it, he told me the last day to return it was January 31st. The laptop says it has a 1 year warranty but the seller refuses to accept returns even though I contacted them as soon as the problem started. I paid $749.00 and received a defective non-working item.
