First, the softness of the washcloths was very soft from the start. The white color of the fabric was beautiful. Just the right size for use in the shower or bath. I ordered 2 sets of these washcloths. The reason for the low stars is that most of the cloths turned grey-blue after 2 washes. . The material is the same color. There was no more softness. I only used washcloths in the shower, no cleaners etc. I followed the washing instructions exactly. I'm at a loss as to why this happened with those washcloths. Therefore, due to this problem, I will not buy any more product from this company. I was disappointed because these rags are very good straight out of the box and so many after a few washes.
