Bought five. Two arrived, each with one of the rivets intended to keep the Velcro loop (which runs around the cornice and holds the block) already stretched (that is, before I even put any weight on). The third came out of the same types of rivets when I loaded a total of 5 t-shirts and 3 pairs of blue jeans onto three separate shelves). The other two modules – the ones that didn’t pop out of the rivets right away – were very loose at the top, where a Velcro loop attaches to the stem and block and holds the block in place (in theory). Summary: The product looks good in the photo (and in person before you actually hang it) but is downright flimsy). Several brands of overhead organizers have been used in the past. Never experienced such a bad design. Recommendation: DO NOT buy this product! Its design and construction are fundamentally flawed.
