I only gave 3 stars because it is very beautiful and fits perfectly in length and thickness, but I was infected. I thought the titanium material would be better than the surgical steel I've used before, but unfortunately I didn't have the same problem. Great product just not for my sensitive skin. (Please note I have had issues with titanium in my ears before but my belly button piercing can be used with surgical steel and I think my nipples are as sensitive as my ears. I believe it's real titanium so no problem with the material .) I ended up buying real gold as titanium is the best non-gold piercing material. Smh my skin bougie
