It does the job
I was expecting a good pump and good taste but didn't get it. However, this product makes me feel focused and gives me enough energy to get through my workouts - even heavy workouts. Flavor is non-existent for me and my batch was lumpy due to lack of moisture pouches. I think one was at the bottom but it didn't really affect the top of my group.
