I was concerned reading some of the reviews that this product wasn't the best quality and connection issues after repeated use but luckily this product has worked great for me so far. The fact that I have multiple wan size options is amazing, especially when there are days when I just want to curl my hair asap so I can use bigger barrels. As for the heat, it works really well for me, I have medium thick hair so the heat is just high enough for my hair to frizz without getting damaged like other products I've used. I definitely recommend it.
