This book is an excellent book to start coloring with Fair Isle. The instructions are detailed and clear, covering principle and execution, and easy to adapt to your own knitting style. The templates are attractive and well-written, with explanations and tips where needed. Fair Isle scared me until I bought this book; I am pleased to report that my first project looked like the work of a much more experienced Fair Isle knitter and I was confident I would tackle a number of other Fair Isle projects. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. who wants to learn to knit.
