The suction cups are very easy to use and very durable - when in good condition. Allowed our cat window beds to hold up to 20lbs when using the suction cup. We had to put it in storage for a while so the cups were wrinkled and warped. We ordered new suction cups to replace the deformed ones, but sent more deformed suction cups because they were sent in a tiny box. Update: We checked online and found that suction cups can help them soak in boiling water for a while. back to their original form, so luckily we were able to salvage the purchase.
