I’ve written a few emails to wolfbox and no response. I need a product replacement for the rear view cam only, and have not received a single response. Rear view cam constantly runs into an error "Make sure Rcam is connected, it will be abnormal.” I purchased the products warranty and I’m looking for this issue to be resolved. Rating can be adjusted once their support assists with this matter.**Update**Support was out due to cultural holiday, and was able to provide a product replacement for the cam that was not connecting. I was partially reimbursed due to the experience of delayed response.
