This is the best non-dentist made guard I have ever seen
This is the best non-dentist made guard I have found. It stays in place without being held by your tongue and is thin enough that you can comfortably close your mouth and talk to it. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because it doesn't go back far enough. to protect my back molars from my grinding down. If you have a medium or small mouth, or don't "prefer" grinding your back molars, this won't affect you. I highly recommend it if the dentist did one that isn't in your budget.
