I like that it's easy to use, and has all the features you need to capture customer information! It's very helpful for our business because we are able to easily gather customer information and input it into the system. There isn't anything i dislike about this software. The only thing I'd say to consider is how much you want to invest in the program. If you aren't willing to put money into it, then it may not be the best fit for your needs. We're able to stay up to date with our customers and their information, as well as gather new leads.
