I don't even know why I need those pathetic buggies. It's literally more frustrating than anything when it doesn't work properly, ESPECIALLY when it's as simple as freaking pairing! Then you need to provide your activation information in the application. WTF is that shit?! Once activated, the app is always advertised at the top. Once connected and I use it, it seems easy to use. Benefits1. easy to use 2. alignment seems good 3. small compact 4. decommission5. The gimbal is well made and has good material processing EXCEPT for the Cons1 tripod legs. hard to read text on the product. Can't see shit on that score2. The app doesn't orient itself when I switch to portrait mode, so I have to turn sideways when using the app. Yes, tilde is enabled on the phone.3. Tripod is cheap plastic and flimsy4. Left/right movement is not as sensitive as up/down movement. It's actually perfect. Too sensitive up/down movements mean you have a storm even when panning left/right. I always have to adjust the camera up when I move left/right.5. Often loses BT and refuses to connect to the stabilizer. WTF! In fact, it's connected and you can control it. The app just says it's not connected, so you can't use the video or photo app. And no, you can click connect as many times as you like in the app, but it refuses to connect to gimabl. Heck, after trying multiple times to connect the app it finally did BUT it had to reconnect (by itself) to fix the problem. 6. I couldn't find the firmware update option but after leaving it on for 10 minutes it suggested an update. The update progress reached 37 (assumed in seconds) and the verification failed because the app lost pairing with the gimbal. I managed to pair the two again, but now it's uncalibrated. Screw it, return immediately.
