Bought a pair of these in September. I spoiled them, rubbed them after each workout and after 4 months they are already dead. First the foam tips dried up and broke, then the liners themselves died. You no longer bear any responsibility. Jaybird would not even support countries outside of its distribution network. (I live in Turkey) In the old days of Jaybird Bluebuds X, they were quick to send me a new pair, but now that Logitech owns the Jaybird support service, it's practically non-functional. Edit: They agreed to send me a replacement but only to a US address on the grounds that they don't have an international guarantee.
