BROKEN IN THE FIRST HOUR

I thought it was just what I wanted but a ring broke within the FIRST HOUR of wearing and my NEW IPHONE11 smashed on the tiled floor. Luckily it didn't break. Said I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try a replacement. We'll see, but I'm nervous.
