Review on Bumble and Bumble Quenching Shampoo and Conditioner Set for Dry Hair, 8.5 oz - Enhance Hair Moisture and Nourishment by Mary Hall

I've been using Bumble and Bumble for a very long time. I usually buy it in store or directly on the B&B website. I am currently in a very small rural town far from my home in self isolation with my grandmother who is in poor health and had to get me hair products very quickly. I don't know what's in those bottles but I can't believe it's a real B&B. First, the conditioner bottle arrived with a slit on the bottle. When I squeezed to dose the product, it spilled out the side. Which was already a waste of product. Last night, about an hour after drying my hair, every piece of skin that touched the product started turning red and itching very badly. I've never experienced anything like this because I'm just not sensitive to products. And having been a B&B user for so long, I know perfectly well that I have no sensitivity to it! I don't know what was sent to me or why someone seems to be piercing the DANG BOTTLE, but I'm not a happy customer.
