I really like this mic. As a teacher, I use this when recording Google Classroom videos for my classes. It plugs directly into your phone's AUX jack and works on the iPhone 7, 8 and X with a backlight port adapter/dongle. The sound is crystal clear and really blocks out other noises around you. I've recorded with him outdoors many times and my voice is the dominant sound on playback. Big difference between phone microphone or computer microphone. Highly recommended if you do basic video broadcasting and want to focus more on hearing your voice. Just what I needed!
