The shaft is sharp and will cut the seal during installation
I had to do this twice because the shaft edges were very sharp. I ordered a new shaft and seal for shipping reasons. The other company's shank was more rounded. Or I would recommend forging the shaft to avoid damaging the seal when installing. Otherwise a great kit.
