Review on GetFiveStars by Garrett Craven

I love that it's easy for customers to leave comments about how we are doing business with our team! It is quick & simple to use - no fancy bells or whistles just straight forward functionality which makes this tool perfect for any size of business!! This isn't an overly complex platform either so anyone can figure out quickly what they need from here without needing assistance from support staff (which may not be available). The only downside would have been if there were more categories you could put in but overall great experience working through Get Five Stars!! We've seen immediate positive results by using this as part of our onboarding process at my current place of employment. Customers feel heard and valued because once again your employees care enough to address them personally rather than ignore them like many other companies do today when dealing with clients/customers.
