A few years ago, I chose beautiful summer wheels for the Duster. At that time, I was already the owner of a couple of different sets, well-known Chinese disks with the letter "R". The only drawback of Chinese casting was that over time, I got tired of their appearance. The choice fell on SKAD Venice, because of the nice appearance, domestic manufacturer and completely matching model parameters with those recommended for my car. Having experience in the trouble-free operation of Chinese wheels, I had no doubt that one and a half times more expensive SCUDs would turn out to be even better or at least not worse than the Chinese. It was a mistake. What was my surprise when, at the end of the first season, one of the wheels began to deflate without a puncture and the tire shop told me that the disk was jammed on the inside. I drive carefully and calmly, experience since 1996, I didn’t catch any bumps, sudden curbs and holes, the car is light, and my tires have a 70th (!) profile, which you need to try to break through! The disk was repaired for me for a lot of money and I skated the second one in Venice - last summer season, after which I took off the wheels and put them away for the winter. Today I put it on and voila . during balancing, a jammed disk and a jumping tire are again detected. In the tire fitting, the disk was habitually rolled for the usual decent amount, but they warned in a whisper - change them, you won’t be able to roll them endlessly. With my experience and this text, I would like to warn car owners against buying SCAD discs - by paying your hard-earned money, you may receive products that have engineering miscalculations or inadequate manufacturing quality, as a result of which you will endanger your life or health.
