worked well, good for kitchen and dining room

I had a wooden cheese slicer that I got free with the hickory backer. Loved it and used it for years. When it finally broke, I waited a bit and then bought this one. The wire was bent on the Gouda. The distance between them is large and it's difficult to get a really thin cut. It was cheap. I wasn't very impressed and will probably use a vegetable peeler again for thin slices. The chisels worked well.
