Fixed fan motor in my Tacoma.

I was having issues with the fan only running at speed 4 (high) in my 2005 Tacoma. Then even speed 4 stopped, so after some online research the drag came back as a likely problem. Installed in minutes and now all 4 speeds work as they should.
