Serviceable but missing
I used this rack to hold a 13 pound Thanksgiving turkey. It is strong and holds the turkey well. However; When it came time to take out the turkey, the retractable handles kept slipping back making it difficult to get the turkey out, which I did. AT LAST! I'm also concerned that the coating will peel off with additional use, but haven't experienced any peeling yet. I want this to happen with metal composition only.
