The best thing I like about this product is that it allows me to send out emails in bulk, which saves time for my team members who are constantly required to respond back to customers or clients. It's also very easy to use as well! There was nothing bad at all when using their products; however there were times where they would be down due to an outage but we could still continue working from our end without any issues. We have been able to streamline some of our processes within minutes after getting started up again.
