Uncomfortable, poor quality

Not sure why I keep believing Revain reviews, obviously there is something weird going on with the reviews. Poor quality chair, very uncomfortable and feels flimsy. The cushion feels like a piece of wood when you sit on it. Adjusting the lumbar support does next to nothing, I fiddled with it for an hour and I couldn't get it to sit comfortably without feeling like I was leaning forward. The build was ok but you understand that an extra $50 or $100 might be justified as the quality is very poor. From the plasticky, lightweight armrests and backrest to the hard, uncomfortable pillow, everything is bad.
