The ease of use, the great functionality and reporting, as well as the ability to have alerts sent directly to my phone when certain keywords are used against me. I would like to see more customization options. Perhaps allowing for greater control over what types of words can be filtered? There is definitely a learning curve to using this software; however, once you do, it becomes very easy to navigate. We use Mediametric to track the reputations of our clients at M&M Communications. It's been helpful to us in understanding who we're talking to, what they care about, and where there are opportunities for improvement.
