My kids love laying out different marble walkways and tearing them down. You have a little problem if it gets too high. The parts hold, but not very strong. The orange S-shaped pieces just didn't match the set I received. The same goes for the yellow ribbon. I received three letters from the seller. The first two messages after my purchase. They declare their interest in any feedback on their product. The email further informs you of the sellers willingness to resolve any issues you may have with the product. Unfortunately, when I conveyed my concerns about defective parts to the seller, I didn't get much help. The third letter said my request would be considered, and that was it. Refunds and product returns are optional at this stage. Too bad the seller didn't offer spare parts or replacement kits. Regardless, my kids and I love it.
