Whilst I still have high hopes for this unit after receiving the replacement charging pad I cannot give it 2 stars overall. I charge NP-F970 batteries and after the 4th battery. Two on each side. The charging pin has come loose from the holder on the charging plate. It appears to have been pressed against the tongue it was installed on rather than screwed into place. I sent a photo of the broken circuit board. I contacted Neewer through their website called "Lucas Parker" whose name is on the brochure that came with the unit, described the problem and asked for help. I also used the service phone number on their website and no response yet. While the device charges the batteries in a short time, Components should last more than a day. Lets see what happens. I will then give it another day before sending it back.
