My recent experience as a customer of BESTAOO left me dissatisfied due to the subpar quality of the user experience and the unimpressive level of customer support. The website was challenging to understand, and the search function did not provide all that much assistance. In addition to this, the product that I received did not suit my vehicle correctly and did not correspond to the description that was given. My purchase was delayed despite the fact that I had paid for expedited shipping, which caused additional inconvenience. When I attempted to get in touch with customer support for assistance, I was met with responses that were unhelpful and condescending. As a product manager, I cannot in good conscience recommend BESTAOO to clients who are interested in receiving dependable service and assistance.
