Worked perfectly for what I needed it for. The remote control no longer works. Surprised I even found one (removed) because the Sony HiFi shelf I ordered is discontinued. The remote is cheaper than a new system and if it doesn't break, don't. the rest you know. Read the description and look for the model number you have. It lists all the models it works on.
