No minuses as such, comfortable to use.

About lenses: there is little information about native lenses, reviews and technical specifications are not impressive, and their future, like that of the entire EOS M line, is uncertain. As a result, among my family, I have only used the 15-45 whale lens for my personal photography. If you are simply going to use this lens to record video for a home archive or a conversational blog in full high definition, then you won't have any complaints about its aperture, autofocus, or stabilization because they all perform well. Using adapters or speed booster adapters, it is possible to attach lenses with a canon ef mount to a camera (speed boosters will give you an increase in aperture ratio and reduce crop) I utilized a Viltrox Speedbooster on which I mounted Canon lenses, and an additional M42 adapter allowed me to use Canon optics as well as Soviet optics. The speedbooster is of great assistance when shooting video in 4k with manual focus, and it is also of use while taking photographs; nevertheless, there is a drawback, and that is the additional work required for autofocus. For the Photographers: When used with a speedbooster, you should always be prepared for the possibility of a very little undershoot or overshoot, which will only be seen on a large screen. The interactive touchscreen is a game-changer. You are not merely able to tap into it; rather, the menu provides the opportunity for complete control over it. The price of the camera is directly proportional to its level of light sensitivity. While you are taking a video, my recommendation for you is to keep the ISO at 100. I got to know this camera well, avoided using it in situations in which it might not have performed to its full potential, and it has not disappointed me in any way. I shot interviews in the studio using it, either from a tripod or a stabilizer, and captured them in 4k. Do not shoot handheld in 4k resolution, do not boost the ISO beyond 800, and do not use handcrafted clog or other profiles that have the potential to further color the video if you want to be happy with the results.

Pros
  • does not overheat, has a great autofocus in full high definition, good colors, a swivel touch screen, a microphone input, autonomy, and the possibility to power through a dummy.
Cons
  • A devilishly long gop, rolling shutter at 4k, no functioning autofocus at 4k, an additional 1.6 crop at 4k, unimpressive native lenses with an uncertain future.
