The customer support is amazing! They are always available to help with any questions you may have, from scheduling events through creating custom meeting folders for your attendees. I love that they offer different types of services for each type of event or business need. Our organization has been using them since we started our first event. We've had no issues at all. It's wonderful knowing that there will be someone at their offices ready to take phone calls or emails about anything regarding our account. Their staff is very knowledgeable as well! Great team. You won't regret choosing this service for your future needs. As it stands now, I cannot think of one thing I dislike! Having an online system set up for my clients helps me keep track of attendance and make sure everything goes smoothly during the day of the event. When people arrive early, they can check-in without having to wait in line.
