I needed a flexible strap for my heavy ski pants. Since I wear a size 40 belt with my streetwear, I was on the borderline between their two belt types. I wrote Jelt to ask what's best for me. They recommended JeltX. this applies to sizes 42 - 50. At the maximum setting, natural, unstretched, the length is slightly shorter than a size 40 and still stretches a few inches to close. This means that the entire remaining length is stretched up to size 50. . This means that if you're much older than 42 inches, you're likely to get strap marks after prolonged wear. They really need a more real strap (+4-6 inches) for a more comfortable adjustment. Their ad says the belts are made from recycled plastic bottles. The packaging says: JeltX 51% Nylon - 23% Recycled Polyester (didn't know plastic bottles are polyester did you?) and 26% Rubber. It looks like it will fit, but if you're approaching a size 50 I wouldn't recommend it
