They are for children.

I have them for my Halloween costume. Should have read the title lol. They are for children, not for women. I still wore them, they just didn't reach my ankles, which worked because I wore boots. But very soft material!

Pros

Soft, true to size. Washed a few times and keeps the color.

Cons

Leggings can be too short or too long, making it difficult to find the right length.
