I like how easy it is to create an account for my clients so they can have their own page with all of their information available at any time! It's very helpful when you need your client to update something quickly or add more content without having them contact me directly each step along the way. The support team isn't always able to answer questions immediately but are quick to respond once we reach out via email. There aren't many downsides as far as this software goes; however, sometimes there may be some lag between updates/changes made by our customers which could cause confusion if someone has already updated theirs before us. Definitely recommend using fingerprintmarketing services!! They helped build several successful campaigns for us over the past year including launching new products & increasing sales through social media advertising.
