Well I loved this palette from the start. It's been in my cart for as long as my husband and I have had Amazon Prime. So I've used it a few times since I bought it and here are my tips. Always use glitter glue and a clean brush. Then, due to the consistency, be sure to take your time stroking the product over your eye. It's almost like a grain of sand in consistency, so you'll need your body heat to melt the product to keep it spinning smoothly. Otherwise I have no problems.
