Genuine Brondell filters now come in a sealed pouch
July 2021 Bought new filters after 5 months of use. Filters are now shipped individually in the original packaging with the type of filter inside. No more filters just in the box. Also, new filters should NOT contain water. I've seen reviews that say Brondell tests every filter so the water inside is wrong as confirmed by Brondell. The filters you buy should NOT contain water. Make sure your filters are individually wrapped, otherwise you may end up buying used filters. I have had a Circle unit for 7 years and have received filters from suppliers that contained water and failed within 2-3 months. view photos
