Too tight! in Hair Accessories

I bought these for my 2.5 year old to use after swimming lessons. I tried putting it on her head and it was so tight. She wouldn't wear it. I cut it open to remove the elastic and found it was just a cheap elastic, not even a hair tie. No wonder it was so tight! I removed the elastic and added velcro so it wasn't so loose. Make sure you wash it before first use, otherwise you will get lint on your head.
