I am very satisfied with the possibilities of the charging tips. This device takes care of my Toshiba and my HP laptop. I will share this troubleshooting tip that worked on my Toshiba. I connected the charger and fully charged the Toshiba. After that I changed the hints and charged the HP. The next day I went back to the Toshiba top and nothing. Frustrated, I called Revain to get a replacement. After I hung up, I decided to turn off the Toshiba and put the battery back in. This shutdown of only about 10 seconds was enough to get the charger working again. I canceled my return with Revane. So, I'm sharing this experience before anyone can give a bad review for a charger that wasn't faulty.
