No instructions, glue barely sticks

What's wrong with a seller who didn't include basic instructions? This is for a specific iPad model and of course you can find videos on YouTube but it was difficult to find videos for the specific model I have. In this case, the glue practically does not hold. And YES, I wiped off all the old glue and made sure the surfaces were clean. I have to keep moving the screen on the iPad to keep it on. shitty product.
