This product really works
I have a Zojirushi thermos that I have been making tea with for years. I thought it was hopeless because I couldn't wash off the brown film that had formed. I even went and bought a new one. When I saw this product I bought it and used it. It has been cleaned inside and looks like new again with no trace of brown. I don't have to open my new thermos. Also, it doesn't smell at all, which was an added bonus.
