I was looking for an office quality chair for my home office - it had to meet ergonomic standards for work as I have to work from home for hours at a time. It's very convenient and easy to set up for my setup. Assembly requires some mechanical skill and reading between the lines - not the clearest instructions or pictures, details are vaguely labeled - particularly the left and right armrests. Luckily the armrests are adjusted correctly, but I'm not sure yet - they feel right. After an hour of assembly work, we had an office chair! In terms of rigidity - the backrest wobbles a bit left and right - this is due to the single screw used to attach it to the main bracket.
