They are true to size
This is a minimalist shoe so you'll want it to fit more snugly than most other shoes as the shoe doesn't have its own structure. Like most minimalist shoes, they are very flexible but offer minimal arch support. They are very light and very comfortable. Elastic laces are easy to adjust and fit snugly to the foot. Yes I would recommend it to a friend.
