I am a mixed media artist who works with metal stamping to create mixed media collages. All colors of this line are great and do not fade even with intensive embossing. Since I paint many of my embossed parts with multiple coats of different specialty acrylic paints, I'm increasingly using a silver (unpainted) roller. The most important thing to know about silver is that it is the best buy of all the colors as it is 36 gauge and the colors are 38 gauge. DON'T GET CONFUSED - THE LOWER THE CALIBRATION NUMBER, THE THICKER THE METAL.
