Good big frying pan. The detachable handle is convenient. It's not exactly non-stick - I need to clean it. but that's no problem. Didn't notice the finish peeling like some of the other reviews. Update - October 2016. I bought a second one last spring. I often use them together when cooking for family/friends gatherings. Both hold up well. After two years of cooking on the old one and a summer on the other, neither loses its finish. I've used them on both gas and charcoal grills. I find that I almost stopped using pens. It's easier to grip the pan with good pair of tongs or a heat-resistant grilling mitt than to fit the handles properly into the holes of a hot pan.
