Pros: The price is not cheap but fair, fast delivery, easy to use, just put the roll on the back of the machine and you're good to go. Cons: The material is flimsy and tears/punctures easily, this might work better for soft meats or similar, but I've had to remake or repackage almost every one of my dried fruit bags
