Super comfortable and light. Not much stability for activities other than jogging or straight running. The sides are low enough for pesky gravel or small debris to get in. My rating of the shoe is based on durability or lack thereof. I bought them on May 21st and today is June 19th. I've dropped two steps. These are the main steps from the big toe side. Considering the cost of the shoe I expected it to last over a month before needing repairs. If the treads hadn't come loose so quickly, I would have rated the shoe significantly higher. These shoes only see sidewalks and paved roads when I'm walking my dogs. I don't use them for trails or anything like that. They'll get the job done - just know that if you're wondering if my activity caused the caterpillars to fall off.
