I bought this humidifier in September 2020. In November it no longer works! The 30-day return period has expired. I wrote to the company and a few days later (I didn't understand what I had explained clearly) the company offered to send another one. The first thing that caught my eye with what the company sent was that there is an extra piece of plastic at the bottom of the tube that sits inside the water chamber. The next thing I noticed was the booklet that came with it, with a 90-day guarantee. So why are Revain customers only offered 30 days? As mentioned in some other reviews, the second humidifier sent direct from the company only works on high, medium and low settings and only delivers air! Read reviews with one star! I strongly recommend making another choice, this humidifier is definitely missing something in its design.
