And then it all fell apart in the end! Received the watch, submitted a technical support request for updated firmware and course files, installed the updates, and went to the course for first use. Played at West Chase in Brownsburg, Indiana and the clock worked great. The next day I played a local course in my home church and BAM! The satellites are not in sync. The sky was clear and the track was line of sight to the sky (the other player in my group had a Garmin S20 so I was feet away from it the whole time!). When the clock was synchronized with the satellites, the meters were accurate. on or within 1 yard of Garmin (can you feel the theme here?) However, at one point I actually passed the guy so I had to look for a fairway marker to find the distance to the center of the green so we could hold high. Unfortunately, that distance didn't include a bunker on the green, so it was off to the beach! I'm sure Canmore will eventually fix the bugs in this product, but I think my review says it best: Garmin worked when Canmore didn't! I gave 2 stars simply because it was spot on WHEN it was synced!
